Vicar’s Comment – July 2015

What choices and dilemmas have you been facing lately? Or perhaps you’ve had to assess both your qualities and flaws for something like an application form?

Our series of 5 summer Bible studies will look at all these things and more by making connections between the life and time of Richard III, our lives today – personal and as a society, and the Bible.

Strangely enough, people haven’t changed all that much over 500 years, or even 2000+ years since Moses or Jesus. And Richard III had as controversial and turbulent a life and death as anything we see on the evening news today.

Do join us to see what the Bible has to say about it all, 7.30pm in church, five Wednesday evenings from 15th July. [NB. no prior historical knowledge necessary – or your vicar would not be allowed in!]
