St.Christopher’s 10am Sunday services have resmed in church as from 6th June 2021.
Detail of the dates is shown on the newssheet which is posted monthly.
The pattern of services will remain similar to before lockdown; Morning Worship services are on the first and third Sundays of the month, Holy Communion services on the second and fourth.
We also have access to the Academy’s Primary Hall, which allows plenty of room for safe seating.
- The entrance is as usual into the church, but after the service, exit may be made through the Primary Hall and school grounds.
- Services are intended to last around an hour.
- The toilet is available, but please go at home beforehand to try to avoid its use and the increase in risk of infection.
- Hand sanitiser is provided for use on entering and leaving the premises.
- Seating will be spaced at 2 metres, with the provision for household groups to sit together.
- Please also wear a face covering.
- Bread and wine at Communion will be provided in a safe manner.
- Activities are provided for children, but services during the Summer are of an ‘all-age’ nature.
